How to log in
Learn how to access your Shop Hero Dashboard account and what to do if you're logging in for the first time or forgot your password.
1. Go to the login page

2. Enter your email and password

Use the email address your shop admin used to create your account.

Type in your password and click Log In.
3. First time logging in?

You should have received an invite email from Shop Hero Dashboard.

Click the link in the email to set your password and activate your account.

Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder or contact your shop admin to resend it.
4. Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen.

Enter your email address and we’ll send you a password reset link.

Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
5. Still can’t log in?

Make sure you’re using the correct email address tied to your Shop Hero account.

Try resetting your password.

If you’re still stuck, contact your shop admin or reach out to our support team.
