🧭 Your Shop’s Command Center
The board is your real-time workflow map. Every column represents a stage in your process. Every card represents a job. At a glance, you can see what’s moving, what’s stuck, and what needs your attention.
📊 Key Components
1. Columns = Workflow Stages

Each column represents a stage in your shop’s process (like
Needs Dispatched,Being Inspected,Waiting on Parts) -
You can customize, rename, or reorder these under Settings > Workflow

Cards move left to right as work progresses
2. Cards = Repair Orders

Each card typically represents an RO (repair order), often pulled in from Tekmetric or Shop-Ware

You’ll see:

Customer name

Vehicle details

Assigned technician or SA

Status indicators (like overdue, waiting on parts, etc.)

Cards are drag-and-drop – just grab and move it to the next column
